Shinso Deep Sea Water Skin Care
BY RUCHEL LOUIS-COETZEE
When an aerospace engineer creates an all-natural skincare line that suddenly becomes a celebrity red carpet favorite, it has to be unique. When that same engineer becomes an expert in deep ocean water desalination and applies that to his new skincare line, the formula becomes even more interesting. According to this engineer, SHINSO Skin Care Creator Nao Tsuruta, it is “all about what’s in the water.”
So why are Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Charlize Theron and Jennifer Aniston spritzing their skin with SHINSO right before a red carpet event? Tsuruta says his “scientific blend of deep ocean minerals and rare Japanese herbs work in harmony to penetrate deep into the skin to rejuvenate instantly.”
Who wouldn’t like to have their skin revitalized on contact? According to Tsuruta, it took him five years to perfect the formula using five key ingredients – two of them are Nobel Prize-winning discoveries:
EGF (epidermal growth factor), which helps speed up the rate at which skin cells renew and Fullerenes that work like powerful microscopic sponges to absorb free radicals and heal the skin at deep cellular levels.
And the hefty $350 price tag? Blame it on those expensive nano–sized Fullerenes, which have 125 times more antioxidant potency than vitamin C. “I have all my patients use SHINSO essence after laser treatments. It helps rejuvenate the skin quickly,” says Melissa R. Schneider, a Boston plastic surgeon.
With his deep-sea minerals and unique blend of Japanese herbs, Nao says SHINSO is formulated in harmony to “achieve the look of a facelift with rejuvenation.” Perhaps it’s an investment worth putting the Manolos on hold?
